For our 2nd Friday of the month Zoom session for July we are very pleased to welcome Jane Fox, Jane is a very experienced and accredited hypnotherapist who also lectures on the subject. She speaks to various groups on the topic of well-being and this session will have an ME focus. Jane lives in Stockport and offers consultations both in-person and via Zoom.
As with all our sessions everyone is welcome. Our sessions are particularly targeted at people who have ME/CFS, Long COVID or Fibromyalgia as well as people who care for those with these conditions. You do not need to be a member to attend although we do encourage people who attend several of our sessions to consider joining or otherwise making a donation to enable us to carry on with all that we do.
You do not need to have your camera on if you don’t want to, you can be lying in your bed, you don’t need to stay till the end. Just join in as works best for you.
