For this months Zoom session we are going to have a talk on British birds. Many of us can see birds from their houses even if they are not able to go out often. Some of us can see and hear more in the local community.
We thought a session on birds might be of interest to people and be something a little different than what we usually cover.
Roger Hance is running the session for us.
As usual everyone is welcome. We do encourage people who come to more than a session or two in a year to consider joining/renewing their membership which runs October-September each year. For new members joining now their membership would cover now until the end of September 2025.
You are welcome to come to this session in whatever way works for you best whether it is with the video off or on, whether in your bed or PJ’s, whether you are tidy or whether your hair is a mess.
We do ask that you either mute your microphones when the speaker is talking unless you wish to ask a question if possible or at least be very conscious of the noise you are making. If you are moving around we ask you turn your camera off as the movement can be triggering for some members. Also we ask you to be mindful if your camera is on of what you are doing e.g. if you are thinking of changing clothes you might want to consider turning your camera off first.
We are not going to be recording this session.
