We are pleased to announce an extra session on Zoom with NHS Pain Specialist OT Lucy Zurich from Stepping Hill Hospital’s Pain Clinic. This will be at 3pm on Wednesday 30th November. We do intend to record the session so if you are not able to attend in person then do please message us. We do not generally make our recordings completely public to enable more people to feel comfortable participating in our sessions and feel as free as possible to ask questions.
Many people with ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia and Long COVID suffer from chronic pain so this session might be particularly useful for them both in terms of general advice and support and also to see what help they might be able to get from a secondary care pain clinic.
