On Tuesday 20th August from 1pm we will meet by the picnic benches next to the car park and near the pond/reservoir. Everyone is welcome. Some people will probably start going away after 1 hour and the event will probably be finished by 2.30/3pm.
There is a coffee kiosk for those wishing to buy a coffee or a cake. In the park there are also public toilets which should be in use.
This event is weather dependent – if the weather is bad we will either rearrange or meet in a local cafe at possibly a slightly later time. This website will be updated in the morning or on the night before if it is looking like we might need to rearrange. As it is the school holidays there is a small chance that all the benches will be in use ( unlikely as there are quite a few) and if this happens we will meet in another part of the park and notify people through our Facebook group.
This event is open to all whether you have ME/CFS, Long COVID, Fibromyalgia or care for someone who does. Previous meetings have had 4-15 people present. We do encourage people who regularly attend our events consider joining or donating as this funds the work that we do.
