We are continuing with our Acceptance and Commitment Therapy sessions for those who signed up for the, this month. Everyone is welcome to attend any of our sessions if you have ME/CFS, Long Covid or a related condition like Fibromyalgia or POTS. Carers are also very welcome whether on their own or with people with the conditions. We do ask if you attend more than one of our (non grant funded) events in a year that you consider joining for that year. Memberships run till end Sept each year. 2nd Friday of the Month Zoom – Endometriosis UK
In terms of sessions open for everyone we have our 2nd Friday of the Month Zoom session for which our guest speaker is Endometriosis UK. Endometriosis is a very common co-existing health issue with ME/CFS with possibly as high as 36% overlap. There also seems evidence supporting an overlap with endometriosis and Long Covid. Ushma from Endometriosis UK will give as as short talk followed by some time for questions and answers.
As usual everyone is welcome and you can have your camera on or off. We do ask you mute yourself if able when not wanting to ask a question during the talk. It is fine to be lying in bed, in your PJs, with your camera off etc. just as long as you are comfortable.
