Dr Perrin talk on our YouTube Channel

Dr Perrin who devised and developed the famous Perrin Technique gave us a session in October and we recorded the session for our YouTube Channel so that many more people could get to hear what he has to say.

You can find that session as well as our session with Professor Davenport on our YouTube Channel. We are slowly adding some high profile speakers to our YouTube channel as well as some extra content we think might be relevant. Some university students have prepared a short video on what our group is and what we do and that will go on later this year.

We are in discussions for some more sessions to be made with YouTube in mind. If you have any particular speakers or topics do let us know and we will see what we can do. Recordings for YouTube will always be just a small part of what we do as what is most important to us is bringing people with ME/CFS, Long COVID and Fibromyalgia together and recordings going on YouTube sometimes goes against that.

If you can like, comment and subscribe all those things will help people who want to discover the videos, as will sharing them with people you think might be interested.

On my personal channel I have also put some videos about ME/CFS and Long COVID. You might find some of these videos interesting or helpful too. My channel is here https://www.youtube.com/@benmecfslc2506 . You can find here eight videos looking at the basics of how to pace. Each is about 30 minutes long and does give I think a solid overview of at least some of the basics of pacing in an actionable way.
