Friday 11th August Zoom Meeting

This August we are doing a peer sharing session looking at pastimes that we do now we have a long term chronic condition. We are looking at what pastimes work well and how they can be adapted or use adaptions to accommodate us.

We are asking people to share ideally pictures of themselves doing these pastimes or just pictures of the pastimes for us to look at and talk about.

We also welcome people sharing what they do and what works for them. We will start off sharing a slideshow of pictures people have sent in and talk about them then break off into small groups. If there is enough interest (and a willing quiz master) we might finish with a quiz. The main aim and idea of the session is to facilitate a bit of sharing so we all learn a little more about each other and maybe get some ideas for hobbies and pastimes that we might want to take up or develop.

Everyone is welcome. As usual this session is 10.30am for 11am start. You do not need to have your camera on if you do not want to. If we have more than 10 or so people present then its helpful if people are muted where possible when they are not talking and its always helpful if people mute if they are doing something noisy in the background but admins can take care of this if people are not sure how to use Zoom settings.

The Zoom link will be the same as the usual one for all our meetings. This will get added here a few days before the session.
