Yoga Nidra, sometimes known as sleeping yoga is very different from typical yoga and indeed even the ME/CFS adapted yoga that we run with this group. It is an excellent way of relaxing and of getting high quality rest. I was only introduced to this recently but felt it was something we should be sharing and promoting within our group. The session will be at 10th January 2025 at 11am although “virtual” doors will open about 1030 if anyone wants to chat or ask any questions of our committee etc.

We will aim to provide a very short introduction and then Catherine will run a short Nidra session followed by a small amount of questions, answers and other sharing.
As usual everyone is welcome at our sessions. You can be in bed, you can be in your PJ’s, you can have your camera off, what ever is right for you. You do not need to be a member of our group to attend although we do encourage people to consider joining as memberships and donations are how we pay for our core costs and much of what we do.
