After two successful park meets we are now having a third. We will meet at the picnic tables near the car park and by the lake. This was originally going to be on the 18th but has been rearranged due to the planned heatwave. As its now taking place when some schools will be on holiday there is a chance that the intended meeting point will be occupied. If this proves to be the case we will post on Facebook which part of the park we are in. We are meeting at 1pm and it will probably be just for about 90 min so whilst its fine to come along later than the start time I would not recommend coming too late or you will miss it.

Everyone is welcome. Obviously if you think you might have covid or some other infectious illness then please do not come on the day. The social will probably last about 90 minutes so whilst you don’t need to be there from the start you probably do not want to be too late.
Dogs welcome! This is weather dependent. If the weather is not suitable then the event will either be cancelled or rearranged.
Note that the Coffee Cart generally is not there on Monday’s so bring your own drink. The nearest place for a take away coffee is probably the Wycliffe of Edgeley Road followed by one of the shops/cafe’s on Castle St which is a bit far away for most of us.
