July 18th: LDN Research Trust

Linda Elsegood from LDN Research Trust has kindly agreed to do a Zoom session for us on the potential benefits of LDN for ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia and Long COVID as well as looking out how to navigate the different ways of getting it on the NHS and through private prescription.

Many people have taken LDN for a range of reasons including pain management and a good number have reported benefits from doing so. Others have reported it has helped to lower their fatigue/brain fog.

Low Dose Naltrexdone was designed to help people wean of alcohol and other drug addictions but in much lower doses appears to be beneficial for a range of conditions. There has been quite a bit of research into LDN but probably much more could be usefully done.

This session is at 3pm on Zoom on 18th July. I will add the Zoom link nearer the time although it will be the same as our usual one.
