Patient Focussed Learning – Bateman Horne Center and Emerge Australia
CFSHELP There are some really useful basic resources here that are free as well as some self led courses and sessions ( with low charges) that you can sign up for

This includes videos and other resources. It is not UK focussed but much of it will be relevant. You do need to create an account to access the content.
Bateman Horne Center – Crash Recovery Guide A useful guide focussing on recovery from crashes and major setbacks. Again US focussed but still very relevant
Pacing Basics Sessions – These are a video series our Co-Chair Ben did for Long Covid Support. 8 sessions in total on different aspects of Pacing
Breathworks – Mindfulness for Managing Long Covid – Free Mindfulness Course with recordings and other resources. You do need to create an account. Most of this would be relevant even if you have ME/CFS and not Long Covid
NHS ME/CFS Self Management Guide: South and West Devon CFS/ME Service A useful resource covering important areas like Activity Diaries. Although this is “NHS” it is a free resource that you can work through on your own where ever you live.
